I worked with Svitlana at Jonas and was so impressed that I hired her again at NinjaCat. She is a highly motivated, passionate, very smart and just gets things done. She understands practical solutions and how to work within the constraints of a legacy solution and was also instrumental in the architecture, design and was a principal developer in implementing our next-generation solution. In the course of working with her, I have found that she also picks up new concepts and technology very quickly, she dedicates herself to her work, willing to work significant extra hours to ensure that she is able to deliver with high quality within deadlines (sometimes unreasonable deadlines). She has always been willing to pitch in and is one of the most helpful members of the whole technology department. Svitlana is one of a small list of my favourite people that I have ever worked with. I would absolutely hire her again and I hope that we have many opportunities to work together in the future.

The system introduced a unified interface for managing data of various formats received from clients (credit companies).
