I had the pleasure of being Svetlana’s line manager both when she was Business Relationship Manager representing Riga and as Business Development Manager for operations in DNB both in Norway and in Latvia. Both roles were part of the management team in the division Operations Banking & Payments and she was reporting to me as the Executive Vice President.
