In my role I manage the development and production of the new beverages for the Eastern European markets. This includes: * Formulation of new products in conjunction with foreign clients. * Market analysis of target countries and adapting products to market and customer requirements. * Conduct personal meeting with clients to create agreement about new concepts and particular product aspects. * Development and sending beverage samples to clients abroad with the aim of creating new lines. * Overall support from laboratory stage to scale up production including issues of taste and manufacturing processes. * Work according to food manufacturing standards of the various markets.
