  Responsible for compliance, risk management, AML, accounting and IT. Today I execute all tasks that fall under the field of finance management. This involves accounting, payroll, taxes, annual reporting, interim reporting, reporting to national supervisor and audit facilitation. I am a member of executive team and I have personnel responsibility for one person. Beyond my normal duties, I have been spearheading our adaption to Solvency II, digitalization and automation within my field of responsibilities. In my positon, I have been presenting in front of the board for my areas of responsibility. I am also the board secretary in the risk committee and accounting committee.
