As IT Consultant at NETConnection I was working mainly as an ambulate consultant, helping customers to reinforce them in different areas such as Server - AD infrastructure, Clients, domain consolidating and documentation. My role was to acknowledge customers changing demands, to help them develop their IT infrastructure, fitting their new needs in the most efficient way. This could be both in situations when their IT solutions needed up sizing or downsizing. As a consultant I was able to see the client’s workflow with a new set of eyes, and learned to develop environments with both new and old hardware as a part of the necessary solution given the tools at hand. I integrated new hardware and software, and educated employees. I was also responsible for purchasing and implementation towards the clients. Show less

As educator I had the opportunity to give students something special. Some courses included building computers from parts, installed different OS builds, using multiple domains and got a deeper knowledge about Clients and server setups. In some courses we explored if the participants had an ability and interest in programming, network communication or web. At the Borås office we did courses in MCP. We also setup a new office in Stockholm including. getting all the equipment to site and getting courses up and running. We aimed at small classes where group dynamics and high tempo got us to successful results. Show less
