I have been working with Sven since 1999, as a key supplier of telecom equipment. During that time Sven had a major impact on the success of Centertel/Orange in Poland, although I know of other major achievements in other countries. Sven is customer oriented, has high intercultural skills, and has a true ability to find the right approach to customers. I have also been impressed by his negociations skills, sometimes in difficult multinational environment, to find the best possible compromise in the interest of both sides. This is what I really consider a win win partnership. He also has the rare ability to motivate his team and get the best of it. Should the opportunity raise, I would be very glad doing business again with him.

Sven is highly experienced manager with impressive record of successes. Over last few years he has build country and regional organization highly focused on sales and quality providing growth to the company. I would recommend Sven to everyone who looks for good manager and great person.
