  As a Team Leader in the Programming and Delivery Branch in State Roads I lead a small team of 3 Project Managers and 3 Consultant Project Managers, while also managing my own projects to deliver linear infrastructure projects. In this role I was also the Project Manager of the $350 Million South East Traffic Solution and managed a project capital budget of about $620 Million across my team. During my role in the Department of State Growth I successfully planned and executed the South East Traffic Solution from start to successful construction completion for three of the projects (Sorell Southern Bypass, Midway Point Intersection Solution and Hobart Airport Intersection) while developing the next projects for tender release.
