Ik heb het genoegen gehad om met Sven samen te werken tijdens zijn stageperiode bij TUI fly Nederland. Hij heeft bewezen kwalitatief werk te leveren met zijn natuurlijke doortastendheid en motivatie. Opvallend is zijn organisatiesensitiviteit, omdat hij zich bewust is van de verschillende belangen binnen de organisatie. Als hij een standpunt inbrengt dan heeft hij een duidelijke visie en onderbouwing. Daarnaast houdt hij er rekening mee om belanghebbenden aangehaakt te houden en draagvlak te creëren. Sven brengt een goede dosis positiviteit en humor met zich mee, waardoor ik hem een zeer sympathiek persoon vind. Wat zijn plannen voor de toekomst ook mogen zijn, ik ben ervan overtuigd dat hij succesvol zal zijn.
