Salon 39 played a big part in the rise of the classic cocktail bar scene in Copenhagen. Their focus was on high quality drinks, innovation, and a friendly and relaxed atmosphere. I started as a waiter and was later trained as a cocktail bartender. I competed in cocktail competitions, traveled to bar shows and distilleries around Europe.
