  This role in a small company means being handyman. I follow the product from the concept doing research and some first sketching ideas for presentation to the team, trough developing few best solutions with prototyping first by 3D printing and after we send the final model to CNC milling. I also manage some supplier relation in the development phase. Last but not least, the production of communication materials for the project.

  In these three months I have understood that the services are in rapid growing and in future we will see more services based business rather than selling single product, so here the figure of service designer is the key to catch the user needs and combine with what the company has to offer.
