During the four years that we worked together, Suzy has strongly impressed me in her role as marketing specialist. She has an eye for details and always looks for perfection. She aims for excellence and has a high level of professionalism. I remember her developing the MBA Marketing brochure –a key document used to sell the program-, spending hours thinking about the right words to use to convey the messages, adjust them to the right audience, fine tuning every pictures, logos etc. and at the same time ensuring that the project was delivered in due time. She is also making sure to stay close to the market and understand the customers, capturing their needs and comments. Her customer orientation and communication skills both oral and written are exceptional. She is a very appreciated team member. Her adaptable skills are also noteworthy. When asked to start interviewing candidates for admissions, she made sure to get properly trained, to understand what to look for in each answer and became quickly very skilled at this difficult and important exercise. I strongly recommend Suzy for Marketing, Communication, Customer relations and Admissions roles with International components.
