I worked with Suzie for 1½ years on the Broaden & Build Brewpub development project in Copenhagen. Suzie's both challenging and fun to work for and with. She is eager to make a difference and does not shy away for unknown territory. I really enjoyed working with you - both as a professional and as a person - and hope you will be back one fine day.

The best of the Copenhagen gourmet food & Beverage scene is made up by a group of internationals, who moved here to ignite the spark which have moved the city to the top of the ranks. I have meet Suzie as part of such group and pleased to see her engage with the city and bring her international network into play. Has been a pleasure working with a professional and curious mind eager to make a difference. Sad to see her relocate back to the States, but sure that we work together in the future.

Broaden & Build and Amass are socially responsible companies whose mandate is to fix our food system and reduce environmental strain. Creating BnB was an extension of Amass along with the research space. The foundation of everything we do is creating excitement while being responsible along the way. What comes out of this way of thinking and working drives our creativity and fosters our culture. The so-called “by-products” that we produce are what drives our creativity and we wanted to extend this creativity into the beer world. Sustainability is more than the physical action of separating your plastic and glass, it’s a frame of mind. Which is why we took both Amass and BnB one step further to develop the research space to have a dedicated space to creating new revenue streams from what would otherwise might have been wasted. Not only would it have been wasted but by upcycling we are able to help businesses move and think in a new direction to better our future on this planet.

As national F&B director for We Olive & Wine Bar, my role was to work directly with all 19 locations. As a project manager for new store openings; I successfully opened 7 new stores nationwide, revamped 3 store locations, and 2 ownership changes. Overseeing $12 million in gross revenue this REATAIL/WINE BAR concept is a franchising business specializing in selling COOC California Olive Oil. After joining the team, I was triumphant at implementing SOP's, created national vendor relationships, developed all new recipes (changed menu twice a year), to relaunch the wine bar concept and take it to the next level. Along with menu development as a retail shop SALES is very important, a major focus of the development was to use our retail products to sell our products in store. Developed, implemented, and trained all locations on new processes. Created and implemented with tremendous success a training manual for store openings and and ongoing management for existing locations. Created online video training platform for all store training's and menu roll-outs.

Chan Chu Teas was founded by three eccentric personalities from very different backgrounds who came together through our shared love of tea. We are unified by the idea that the essence, culture, and lifestyle of tea will lead us all to enjoy a more fulfilling life. Our company name and logo is Chan Chu Teas, for the mythical three-legged toad symbolizing good luck and prosperity in Chinese culture. Although tea culture and all it encompasses have existed since ancient times, we believe the benefits are increasingly important in today’s bustling world. Our vision is to share the remarkable experience of drinking tea and all its benefits with you!And thus, Chan Chu was born…
