  As Product Design Lead I am and have been leading design projects for the Personal Care account of Philips. I am focusing on female beauty products. I make sure that our new designs match our longer term design vision. During the design process I am in close connection with the marketeers, engineers & product researchers. Making sure we are creating innovative and relevant designs.   For the Consumer Lifestyle sector I first strengthened the Oral Health Care and Relationship Care team. For these two categories I was part of the design team as well as creating strategic trend directions.From 08-2010 onwards I joined the Male Shaving & Grooming account where I am also part of the design team. Main focus is portfolio management since the offer of global products is big.
