I have worked with Suze over the years in reverse. She is someone that I respect and admire. Her business sense and sales ability are impressive to me. Suze has been a consistent top producer and leader of her peers. Anyone thinking of working with Suze should feel confident they are making the right choice. I would trust her with my Grandma!

I work with the senior population to help them achieve their financial objectives. In meeting with them face to face, together we can determine if a reverse mortgage is the right solution for them. Because this product is often misunderstood, I am on a mission to educate seniors, their families and my professional business partners on the benefits of a reverse mortgage and how this type of loan should be considered as a possible financial planning tool. In the many years of working in this industry, I have helped so many seniors realize a better quality of life through the use of a reverse mortgage. -At the conclusion of a reverse mortgage, the loan will need to be repaid with interest, either through the sale or transfer of the property. -Charges will be assessed with the loan, including an origination fee, closing costs, mortgage insurance premiums and servicing fees. -The loan balance increases over time and interest is charged on the outstanding balance. -The borrower retains title to the property securing the loan until it is sold or transferred, and is therefore responsible for paying property taxes, hazard insurance, home maintenance, and related taxes. Failure to pay these charges may result in the loss of the home. -Interest on a reverse mortgage is not tax-deductible until the borrower makes partial or full repayment WA state Lic# MLO-328815 / CL -2975 OR state Lic# 328815 ID state Lic#328815.
