Sue is a fantastic person to work with and I couldn't recommend her enough for careers / advice. During her time at Start and Grow she delivered student sessions on enterprise and business start-ups, held 121 sessions with students, and provided excellent advice to both students and staff. She is passionate about her work and creates and delivers engaging, creative courses. She is simply amazing at everything she does and I highly recommend her.

Janice Balgarnie

As Career Team Manager at the University of Gloucestershire, Sue was my line manager for four years. Always supportive, her knowledge and expertise within the careers sector were greatly appreciated and invaluable to my own professional development. One of Sue's many strengths is her creative approach to problem solving. She thinks on her feet and finds solutions quickly in an unflappable and calm manner. Sue is an excellent colleague, line manager and careers consultant and it has been a pleasure to write a recommendation for her.
