Manage my own speaking classes and assist the main public teacher in pronunciation, vocabulary, grammar etc alongside student's textbooks. Passionately love using role play, games, quizzes and theatre in using the English language to encourage the children to use their imagination, creativity and culture backgrounds. Often design speaking projects over 2 to 3 weeks, doing 3 smalls tasks each week and then the final week groups if student will present their work/findings. Students love this autonomous study method and learning. Meanwhile, I assess, monitor and assist students throughout these speaking projects.
