Ik verzorg intakes, voer diagnostisch onderzoek uit, informeer de cliënt over mogelijkheden voor behandeling, stel een voorlopig behandelplan op voor klinische of ambulante behandeling en presenteer dit in het multidisciplinair behandelteam.
