Suzanne was the General Manager at Cupcake Family Club when I was working there a few years back and Suzanne's care and attention to detail was presented consistently throughout the whole time I was working with her and she is one of the nicest managers I've ever had. It was always lovely to work, attend fitness classes and every now and then enjoy a drink with Suzanne.

Suzanne is one of the most diligent and caring colleagues I've ever had the pleasure of working with. She dedicates all of her energy to team goals while remaining highly organized. She was a wonderful manager to work with and given the common goals we shared and reached together, our team became lifelong friends in the process.

2.5 yrs spent at this amazing, innovative Club...Such a creative, dynamic team, organic, responsive growth over the past two years to develop a flourishing family members Club with it's sister company Slice Fitness. The company is going from strength to strength and I wish it all the success it deserves for the future! It was a pleasure to lead the team in the provision of a fitness timetable of over 80 group classes, 70 curriculum class activities for families with children 0-5 and daily Academy Classes for age 3+, plus a school of Dance, Children’s parties, workshops and events. I feel very fortunate to have been responsible for the operational management of the transitional phase of a company: re-branding and leading the team through the strategic development and implementation of a new business plan which involved sustaining existing members and driving sales for the new business.
