Suzanne is much more than an assistant at our firm. She is our dedicated morale officer. In addition to accomplishing all of her objectives for the day, she manages to lift the spirits of all of those who are around her. She cleverly does this in a counter-cyclical way. When the mood around the firm is good, she can rest easy, but as soon as things get more challenging for all of us Suzanne is right there cheering us on and boosting our moods. Suzanne handles all administrative functions in our office and assists HR, acting as liaison between management and employees. Equal to her office management skills, Suzanne is the social glue of our firm and works diligently and with great care to create a friendly and collaborative work place. She most certainly has earned the title "Chief Morale Officer" in our company. In the past three years, she has pulled people together in positive and supportive activities. For example, she facilitated and led a nine-week lunch-and-learn series focusing on professional and personal development for our team, and has been asked by our CEO to develop similar ongoing group study opportunities. Outside of the office,Suzanne is involved in community volunteer activities through her local church and Rotary Club where she serves on the board of directors.
