It's my pleasure to strongly recommend Suzanne. She is a knowledgeable SharePoint/Office 365 admin. She is an integral part of the Bright Horizons team in setting up processes, planning/deploying online/on prem SharePoint upgrades and automating workloads. She displays the ability to identify problems and is innovative in finding solutions. She continually pushes for additional responsibilities. Shows a willingness to go the extra mile during peak periods of work and off hours. She consistently demonstrated a solid work effort and dedication.

Suzanne is a superstar technician. I've known her for over 10 years and have always been impressed with her drive to constantly learn new skills and apply them to our environment. She's highly adept in delving into critical, complex requirements and ensuring thorough understanding of them and being able to relate needs to the remainder of the team. When troubleshooting issues she does so with an extremely logical thought process and provides confidence that she'll resolve the issue, which she always does! When tasked with a complex problem to solve Sue takes ownership and will recommend appropriate approaches for the best path forward. She takes responsibility of the environments she manages and I've never seen anyone take the level of ownership she does or met anyone that has the level of expertise she does. Her level of knowledge is unparalleled. She's amazing!
