Suzanne worked for me for over 10 years at Marston's PLC. Suzanne initially worked for the company as a HR Officer/HRBP, a role that she delivered to a high level and consistently received positive feedback from the internal customers that she supported. Her employment law knowledge was strong and her natural personal style meant she was well aligned to the role. She was never afraid to positively challenge and ensure the right outcome was delivered. Suzanne was later promoted to Head of Training/Development for Pubs a role that significantly changed over time in response to a rapidly changing business and market place. Suzanne responded well to change, lead a large team to deliver to a high standard and had a clear plan aligned to business strategy that was delivered. Suzanne was also a member of the HR senior Management Team. It was a pleasure to work with and have Suzanne in the team.
