As a Recovery Coach I assist peers individually and in group settings to identify individual strengths, overcome barriers and practice building and utilizing individually appropriate skills and supports. I find it greatly satisfying helping people connect with appropriate supports and educational opportunities. The most amazing part of my career is seeing people building on their strengths, developing personal responsibility and self advocacy, and finding their own sense of meaning and purpose!
