  Responsible for all wish granting operations:•Have overseen/been directly involved with the granting of over 1,700 wishes for children in San Diego and Imperial Counties•Ensure the highest quality wish experience for every child we serve•Lead a staff of five and over 150 wish granting volunteers•Create and carry out all volunteer wish granter trainings•Represent Make-A-Wish San Diego within the medical community as well as the local non-profit community•Act as liaison with our chapter's Medical Advisory Council, consisting of prominent pediatric physicians within the community•Create and manage all wish budgeting, accounting and reconciliation of cash and in-kind wish expenses•Act as Program Department representative at all fundraising and wish family events
