Grants Management  Support the management of a portfolio of grant partnerships including establishing partner relationships and interacting regularly.  Assess project applications and provide analysis and recommendations on projects.  Develop grant agreement content, including amendments as required.  Monitor assigned grant projects through regular communication with community organizations and reviewing reports.  Ensure community organizations are supported throughout project implementation, including problem solving, change requests, and meeting reporting requirements.
