I am working with the Grants, Legal & Recovery Services Team to support the Community Services Recovery Fund grant program, including contributing to the program launch, quality control and monitoring of assigned grant program(s). Grants Management Support the management of a portfolio of grant partnerships including establishing partner relationships and interacting regularly. Assess project applications and provide analysis and recommendations on projects. Develop grant agreement content, including amendments as required. Monitor assigned grant projects through regular communication with community organizations and reviewing reports. Ensure community organizations are supported throughout project implementation, including problem solving, change requests, and meeting reporting requirements. Program Support Actively participate in coordination meetings that support the implementation of the program and ensures alignment with program intentions, granting good practices and CRC’s methodology. Contribute to and support linkages between program teams to identify opportunities or concerns with cross-sector projects and to build on collaborative efforts. Contribute to the documentation of program practices, internal tools, and resources. Provide regular input and ideas that will contribute to continuous improvement of program processes.
