I had the pleasure of working as Suzanne’s line manager for several years in the Ski and Lakes & Mountains holiday industry. Suzanne looked after the whole operation in Austria and was a huge asset to the senior management team. Suzanne has a natural ability to train, lead and motivate her team from the front to deliver exceptional service and standards, as well as incredible sales results leading to further guest satisfaction. Suzanne has always been very able in her role and a huge asset to the business. Adaptable, honest and loyal are 3 words I would use to describe Suzanne.
