Pre-Acquisition• Active participant of the Steering Committee covering the acquisition of the Prime Fund Solutions (“PFS”) which is a Funds Administration, Custody and Banking business by Credit Suisse from ABN.• Manage the compliance workstreams during the due diligence phase. This included: - identifying compliance and regulatory risk issues which would need to be resolved prior to transaction close or carried over until post transaction close when a corrective action plan could be put in place; - responsible for obtaining the necessary regulatory license approvals for the new Credit Suisse Funds Administration, Custody & Trustee and Branch entities from the Central Bank of Ireland; - co-ordinate the other global regulatory license and approvals required for 11 other fund locations (UK, Isle of Man,Luxembourg, Switzerland, Japan, Hong Kong, Singapore, Curacao, US, Cayman Islands and Bermuda); - co-ordinate the sanction screening and AML testing as part of the pre acquisition due diligence requirements.
