It's difficult for me to express just how much respect I have for Suvi. She is quite frankly the best Product Owner I've ever worked with, and I've been fortunate enough to collaborate with some very talented people over the years. Suvi listens, asks insightful questions, documents everything, and does so with an infectious positive attitude. Teammates at all levels constantly comment on Suvi's excellence, attention to detail, sharp memory, and expansive skill-set. Hopefully I'll be fortunate enough to join forces with her once again in the future! If you’re lucky enough to have Suvi on your applicant list, start by moving her to the top of your list, then reach out to me for a formal discussion and recommendation. She truly is a standout individual and amazing person!

If Suvi is open to work, Hire Her Now. I do not have the words to adequately express just how amazing Suvi is or the impact she has had on our team and in our company. Her skills and ability are unparalleled. When she was out of office ( rarely ) you always felt it. No one can take Suvi’s place! Her organization, dedication, integrity, enthusiasm, positive and humble attitude were the glue and the grease that kept our team together and moving forward! Whether working with the engineering and design teams, c-suite, or any stakeholders she has an uncanny ability to communicate technical and nontechnical concepts clearly and effectively. In the fast paced startup environment she stayed flexible and was able to quickly pivot with stakeholder priorities, yet never losing track of our product goals. She possessed an unparalleled understanding of our product, knowing it backwards and forwards. No matter what the question, she knew the answer. Whether it’s regarding product changes, design changes, complicated role permission changes, product releases, testing results, or future feature plans, somehow she kept track of it all. She is a true joy to work with and someone you can always count on. I most certainly would recommend Suvi for any role you would consider her for. I dream of the opportunity to work with her again.
