As Payment Platform owner, I was part of OKQ8s' implementation of a completely new Payment Platform (as a service) which is replacing old Legacy system. During the Implementation, I was responsible for the delivery of the solution, which was divided in different streams and components. A crucial part of the assignment included building and maintaining good relationships with platform provider and coordinating with all the OKQ8 stakeholders and helping product owners to create epics, features and user stories in Azure DevOps, which helped to create a delivery plan for the implementation.
