Suveen was a great employee who is able to manage projects and initiatives independently with the broader end goal in mind. He is known to be someone who is not afraid to challenge the status quo and not afraid to approach things with outside the box solutions. During my time in Malindo, with his hardwork and perseverance as part of the Distribution team (a 2 man team by the way), Malindo were able to triple the numbers of projects completed within a 12-months period vs 24 months prior and embark on whole new direction in terms direct to customer approach. And last but not least, he is an employee who is willing to put in 100% effort and time at work - knowledge acquiring and long hours are key qualities of his trade.
