I have had the opportunity to work with Susy for roughly 10 years and I can truly say that I am better as a result. As a Human Resources professional, she is extremely knowledgeable of the industry and continuously educates herself in her field. Susy possesses a wide variety of hard skills, such as; effective communication, organization, project management, conflict prevention/resolution, public speaking, and time management. However, I most value and appreciate Susy for the character traits she displays on a daily basis; regardless of the circumstances. She always maintains a high level of integrity and treats other with kindness and respect. Susy works hard to display a positive attitude and often brightens any room she enters. I have yet to meet a person that is more committed to her work and more dedicated to the company she works for and the people she works with. Unlike many in her profession; Susy was able to effectively balance her role as an ambassador for the company and still remain a true resource for the employees. Her knowledge and execution of state/federal laws and company policies reduced liabilities and contributed to a safe and comfortable work environment. She is truly great at her job, but has proved to be an even better person.
