  As the Product Owner for ESG neXus SaaS platform, I am responsible for correctly reading the needs of the market place within the property development sector and accurately communicate that to the IT development team. As even the platform is named aptly the nexus, I too am bridging a gap of understanding needs and solutions for building a more sustainable world with ESG leading the field. I identified the 4 major issues that were 1) difficulty, 2) high material and monetary cost, 3) extremely slow speed of implementation, 4) lack of high quality data in carrying out ESG reporting for operators within the built environment construction and management. These issues are the same for SMEs as they are for large corporations and organisations, albeit large corporations are the only ones capable of affording ESG reporting with the expert services available on the market still in 2022. ESG neXus is built around solving the aforementioned key issues and creating true transformation for the development, financing and management of real estate assets and portfolios. My role will continue to be an important one as we aim to take leadership in thought and action in this space. Show less
