Drive knowledge share of cutting-edge digital and social trends among wider teams. · Work closely with internal team(creative and planning team, influencer and media team, PR and product marketing team, BD team, MC and BI team)to meet client's KPI request: Ensure Shoplooks to increase GMV for our partners yearly and make sure Shoplooks increase profits every year. · Mainly responsible for Shoplooks event or sponsorship strategies, budget control, team management, performance overall seeing, global hiring strategy.
