Whilst my primary objective was the success of our key agency accounts acting as product owner, as part of the Senior Management Team, I led the resourcing function, 3 Project Managers, mentored, formed the ‘Culture Club’ in 2019 and contributed to a wide range of strategic development initiatives. When we had an office, I also made a fair few cups of tea! Over the past 3.5 years, my client portfolio has included TUI, Hasbro, The Ramblers, Be At One, The Stonegate Pub Company and more recently The Restaurant Group including wagamama. I have always worked in close partnership with senior client stakeholders, to develop strategically aligned solutions and products, resulting in long term valuable engagements for the agency. I’ve also had the opportunity to work across a variety of platforms including, native/react native applications, websites/web apps, AR, in-store digital screens, beacons and online payments. I pride myself on the strong relationships I’ve built over the years with both clients and colleagues. In fact, pulling teams together (clients included) and motivating them towards achieving the common end goal has been vital - especially in the past year. Show less

Barbican I managed a portfolio of clients, but primarily STA Travel Ltd. helping them to refresh their digital offering and working on some exiting new developments, working closely with their internal teams. Rockpool are really amazing company to work for, with a talented and committed team and I thoroughly enjoyed my time with them - although only for a few months, as I was approached for the role at Clock which was much closer to home.

Dec 2012 - May 2013
London, United Kingdom I joined ORM in a Senior Client Service role working across a number of key clients including Spirit Pub Group, Channel 4, PPL and iTV. I helped to shape the team and ORM's offering at a very exciting time. For me, it was a great opportunity to expand my experience into B2B applications and services. I was sadly only with them for a short time due to expecting my first child and deciding to move out of London.

I ran a digital pilot programme for one of the agencies key clients Coca-Cola Enterprises, shaping their future digital marketing strategy. We were testing various digital techniques, which includes mobile (applications and mobile web), social, digital advertising, search and traditional channels to drive interactions leading to purchase. It involved working not only with CCE, but also with their retail customers and the Coke GB brand teams to ensure successful execution of the pilots. I also managed a team of 4 Account Managers and Account Directors and was also responsible for the budgeting and forecasting for the entire We Love Mobile division. Show less
