I have had the pleasure of working with Susie over the last year and half at Transform Solar. Susie hired onto our HR team and made an immediate impact. She quickly became our area’s go to person for questions regarding payroll, benefits, paid time off, short term disability, workers compensation and was often the first line contact with our benefit vendors. Susie provided a consistent approach and excellent customer service to all of our clients and employees. She is very adept at quickly picking up on new assignments and has a knack for improving the business processes that she is accountable for. Susie does well organizing resources to accomplish tasks that require cross functional working relationships.
