As Head of Product, I set technical product feature development plans consistent with a strategic roadmap of priorities based on the needs of our customers and users and aligned with a company vision I helped form. I successfully transitioned our product from a Sales SaaS tool to a more robust and universal interactive marketing platform. I managed the last 3 iterations of our website, the last 2 designs for our interactive video player, the latest redesign of our software (dashboard), the creation of a Build-Your-Own interactive video message tool to promote exponential growth through increased user acquisition in a Freemium version of our product and I launched our newest player on Mobile and Tablet. As Project Lead, I have produced and managed well over fifty interactive virtual marketing and training video messages for clients from concept to delivery effectively on budget and on time. I scout, hire and manage a team of creatives for each production including writers, a talent agency, video editors and Directors. In an effort to increase customer success, I produced several tutorials to assist in our on-boarding experience and increase product knowledge. By virtualizing myself in these tutorials, I was able to free myself up to take on more important roles. In addition to these roles, I act as a powerful liaison between the Tech, Marketing, Design, Sales and Customer Success teams, bringing the product and our initiatives in line and our work environment productive, collaborative and meaningful.
