I joined Create in October 2008 and have since supported and led numerous high level projects. I have considerable experience in qualitative research methodologies including focus groups, structured interviews and surveys with a variety of groups. My research experience includes the use of online and telephone surveys & data analysis and presentation. Most recently I led the evaluation of two communication skills interventions for healthcare staff in primary and acute care settings on behalf of NHS Education for Scotland. This involved a variety of qualitative and quantitative research methods including pre and post intervention questionnaires, interviews and analysis of intervention materials.
