Dr. Cox was not only my professor, but she was (and still is) one of my 'unofficial' professional mentors. It was refreshing to have a professor who enlightened her students and made them feel like they were actually learning the skills and abilities they need in their profession careers. Dr. Cox has made a huge impact on my professional life--she paid attention to me, helped me, made me come out of my shell, critiqued me when I needed, and most importantly, she made me love Human Resources and reassured me that I have chosen the best career path for me!
