While I didn’t manage Sushyla directly, her work had an enormous impact on my ability to deliver for the client. Sushyla is one of the hardest working people I know and is always willing to work toward not just any solution but the right solution. Sushyla is a great listener and a strong collaborator. She is highly capable and has the unique ability to anticipate the issue ahead while solving for the issue at hand. Sushyla’s personality and demeanor is calming in tense situations, one of her greatest assets. She manages from the middle naturally and is a trusted leader. Her work ethic is impeccable and her determination to get the job done is impressive. I’m better for having worked with Sushyla as was everyone on our team.

Katrina Ortiz Hanson, M.Ed

I have had few opportunities to work with colleagues as accomplished in their ability to execute and achieve excellence on their projects as Sushyla. Easily the most dependable person on a team, Sushyla’s focus and consistency is unparalleled. I had the opportunity to work with Sushyla as her Manager at Noodle and have found myself thankful to call her colleague and friend. I've always been in awe of Sushyla's ability to identify the blockers on a project or barriers holding a client back, and adapting her approach to tactically address each one of those. She identifies the best fit path through - all without breaking a sweat! Poise under pressure is the phrase that best comes to mind when I think of Sushyla. This coupled with her passion for all things Learning & Quality Assurance ensure she is not only a strong asset for your team, but fiercely dedicated too! As an operator, educator and program manager Sushyla earns my highest recommendation.
