Position: Lead Recruitment Achievement: Have gained an in-depth understanding of entire recruitment cycle of the Client and accordingly counselled shortlisted candidates for the Interviews Job Responsibilities - • Responsible for the recruitment activities for various IT & Non IT Companies. This includes sorting of resumes and validating the candidate before scheduling the interview via telephonic interview. • Solely handling the recruitment of Clients. Understanding their requirements and working style. • Understanding the clients' requirement and searching resume through internal referencing and external entities like search portals i.e., Naukri, Monster, Shine, LinkedIn. • Short listing resumes as per the clients' requirements. • Speaking to candidate to find out whether they are suitable as per the Clients requirement and also to know their interest. • Forwarding the resumes to client and lining up interviews if the client short lists the resumes. • Keeping follow up and interacting with client and candidate till the final stage. • Gathering the requirements and assigning the requirements to the team. • Helping and motivate the team in achieving their targets.
