As an admin in Kantor Instalasi, my daily job is to create and check incoming and outgoing memos, letters, documents, then manage them into an agenda book. I create procurement of goods / services document, RKAP (Rencana Kerja Anggaran Perusahaan), PMK (Permintaan Modal Kerja), production reports, S-curve maintenance documents, and also prepare presentation materials for the meeting using Power Point. When the manager goes on bussines trip, I arrange for accommodation and write a business trip letter. Furthermore, my job is to ensure the inventory of ATK (Alat Tulis Kantor). So, my job as an admin in Kantor Instalasi is to do general administrative activities and manage physical and digital archives.In addition to my duties as an admin, at office events I have also been the MC of Selamatan Pabrik in 2018 and the Secretary of Selamatan Giling PG Tersana Baru in 2022.
