Sound Engineer for this project. A pioneering virtual classroom project hosted with INTELSAT the international Telecom Satellite Organisation; Project Share. We broadcast a series of Engineering lectures from the AV Centre at U.C.D. to the faculty of Engineering in the University of Jordan in Amman. The Inaugural lecture was presented by King Hussein of Jordan. Philips laser vision project: AV Technician. A pioneering archive and visual retrieval project. I photographed 52,000 photographic plate photographs and 35mm slides on to 16mm film. The sum total of edited film was transferred to one inch video tape and finally pressed on to a Philips laser Disc. The laser disc was linked to a PC. This was the first project of its type of visual access and retrieval in the world at the time. Show less
