Financial Analyst Oversaw the Financial Planning and Analysis for a global operations team of 3,000+ team members and $120+ million annual budget across 20+ countries. • Led a Services initiative to integrate the reporting and accounting for the Global Help Desk and Field Services Teams as they transitioned from global operations to a leveraged team to create efficiencies of scale. • Developed a reporting package for this team to standardize the monthly variance analysis. • Established a new process to cross-charge quarterly overhead costs for a team that had 200 headcount and $14 million annual budget to supporting geographic regions to ensure that costs for all team members were reported in the regions that they supported. • Tested the auto-accounting entries for manual entries along with purchase order submissions for the new Project Management software to ensure the journal entries were debiting and crediting the correct cost centers and accounts. Team Lead - Purchase Orders and SKU Management Coordinated the Services Finance Purchase Order and SKU Management workflow to ensure that daily, monthly and quarterly deadlines were met. • Successfully led a Services initiative to conform to the new Corporate policy to reduce journal entries for purchase order accruals by 4,000 entries annually. • Tested and became the Services’ subject matter expert for the new Corporate process to accrue purchase order costs. • Traveled to Morocco to train a new team to submit Purchase Order requests for Services Finance. • Coordinated the Controlled Self Assessments [SOX Compliance] to test Purchase Order and SKU submission approvals met company requirements.
