Cecelia A. Musselman

I worked with Susannah in several capacities over the course of 8 years. When we first worked together, I was a project manager hiring her to do freelance desktop publishing and book design. Later, Susannah and I worked together in-house as part of the same group at Argosy Publishing. The one thing that consistently shone in Susannah's work was her keen technical expertise. She was never stumped by a new software package or workflow. Susannah was often the go-to person for working out methods for meeting a publisher's technological demands. Her knowledge of design principles, font management, and layout principles was extensive and always growing.

Susannah and I have worked together in several different capacities for the better part of 15 years. She was senior to me at Houghton in the Electronic Department. When she returned to Houghton as a designer we worked together on the same team, but in different groups. Susannah recommended me to Argosy where we worked together on several projects. Susannah exemplifies the word "efficient." Her output in all of the capacities above always exceeded those working with her. She is unendingly quick and accurate and her attention to detail is perhaps her best quality. Her design experience and her production prowess make her a great candidate for any publishing project.
