I had the pleasure of working with Susannah for more than 3 years in delivering huge changes in Content within Thomas Cook Group. Susannah is an expert in Digital Content and supported the Transformation in all aspects of Content creation and distribution: from Customer needs to Systems requirements, from Product Content to Inspirational Content, from high quality manual content creation to automated large scale content production, from eCommerce to Social Media. Susannah successfully explored and delivered new Digital Content opportunities and strategic focus areas nobody addressed before at Thomas Cook. Susannah is really thorough in anything she takes on board, she has a great analytical mind and can sharply analyse the situation and take the right decisions and actions. Susannah always delivers with extremely high quality and even adds that extra bit on top. I strongly recommend Susannah for any strategic or managerial role in Content and I hope to work with her again in the future.

Having worked with Susannah for three years in a huge and complex business transformation project covering all mayor markets within Thomas Cook. Over this 3 year period this project successfully delivered simplification of process, improvements to content quality, substantial efficiency improvements and multi million pound savings for the Thomas Cook business.
