I had the pleasure of being taught by Susannah whilst on an Adobe Captivate course with Academy Class. She has great attention to detail and was able to keep the class fun and engaging, whilst also giving us the skills we needed to succeed with the program. One thing I found particularly great about Susannah was her ability to challenge the class - I felt she really pushed us to think outside the box and to incorporate elements into eLearning which could make it engaging that we hadn't thought of before. Finally she was also excellent at relating the training to our day to day jobs and the the things that we train in particular - super helpful and very enjoyable 3 days overall! Thanks Susannah!
