Between 2013 and 2020 I had a number of roles at Missing People. Starting as a Senior Manager - Policy and Research, I was promoted to Director- Policy and Research in 2014. Then from 2014 to 2020 I took on a number of additional responsibilities, including:- Director of Services; leading the staff and volunteer team responsible for delivering our 24/7 helplines, family support and publicity appeals services.
