  As an external consultant, the Italian General Directorate for Development Cooperation and the Centre International de Hautes Etudes Agronomiques Méditerranéennes (CIHEAM - IAMB) appointed me to conduct an extensive data collection and analysis about the Italian initiatives in the TVET sector with particular regard to the gender-oriented ones. The research produced “Quality TVET Paths for All” served as background document for the 2015 G7 TVET Expert Working Group meeting, outlining the Italian approaches, best practices and expertise in the field. A dedicated section of the paper concerns gender issues addressed through education and training activities in agriculture, crucial sector in most of the economies at global level. In addition, I made some infographics to summarize each section of the paper. Show less

  I have been in charge of the tutoring activities in a course in blended modality (online and face-to-face) for the upskilling of librarians'​, archivists'​ and museum professionals'​ digital competences. The course has been entirely designed and implemented by the Institute Luigi Sturzo and, in his first edition, it has involved some of the most important cultural institutions in the Milan area.   I worked at the designing and managing of European funded projects in the fields of education, employment and validation of competences. During my Master Class I studied the new programming of the European Commission (2014-2020) and the policies (Europe 2020). I collaborated in the carrying out of the training activities and courses and in some occasions I also attended as tutor providing guidance to the participants. I also assisted in the daily activities of the Institute such as the workshops, seminars and conferences organising and the scouting of funds and financing at Italian and European level.I've worked on the development of an e-learning platform for the upskilling of libraries'​, archives'​ and museums' professionals by revising and editing the learning contents and by taking care of coordinating the organisational aspects.
