I've know Susanna Durston for over 14 years. At Woodside Energy, she had always been my go to person when I'm looking for a professional facilitator. Whether it be framing a multi-billion dollar project, business strategy, team workshop or anything in between. Why? She has the talent for bringing people together, enhances teamwork and getting the best ideas on paper. With Susanna, I know I'll always get an awesome outcome. She has the top 3 skills I look for in a facilitator. 1. Excellent communication skills. - Articulate, deconstructs complex challenges into small bite size problems, a master at summarising discussion into key ideas and solutions. 2. Authentic. -puts everyone at ease and quickly builds rapport and trust with the participants. Staying patient as the participants work through the issues. 3. Energetic. - Ability to sustain the energy level and maintain participants focus. She knows when the energy levels drop and how to re-energise the room and ensure everyone contributes. I wish I had a Susanna Duston in every organisation I've worked for. She takes the hard work out of bringing people together and aligning on a shared vision.
