My current role is Operations Supervisor, where I manage a team of Discretionary Share Plan specialists. I have progressed to this point via a series of promotions within the company.The Discretionary Share Plans Team provides bespoke Executive Share Plan services for 45 corporate clients, comprised mainly of FTSE 100 and FTSE 250 companies. We work directly with our clients on project negotiations and long-term support (both reactive and scheduled) for their complex financial products.Key responsibilities: • Programme Management Delivering an annual programme of projects with a value in excess of £150m, launching new share plans to senior managers and company directors and managing them across their lifespan. My eye for detail and prioritising the client experience has led to positive engagement from the share plan participants and contributed to client goals for staff retention.• Negotiation and client serviceLeading inter-departmental negotiations with clients for bespoke projects such as high value corporate actions, striking a balance between client needs and operational capacity.• LeadershipEnsuring my team remains committed to their professional development by setting formal objectives, providing coaching opportunities and personalised development plans. Through maintaining monthly 1-2-1 meetings and bi-annual performance reviews, I demonstrate that my team are engaged with the department’s wider goals and actively invested in their own progress.

Bronzeoak Limited was a developer of bioethanol and bioenergy projects both in the UK and internationally.My responsibilities as Projects Co-ordinator included: • Co-ordinating the development of the company’s portfolio of international and UK based bioenergy projects, including organising the tender process for construction of a co-generation plant, risk analysis and developing and maintaining a register of all key activities and their progress. • Working closely with Bronzeoak Limited’s international offices in Manila and Jakarta to produce reports and field studies and to ensure effective communication between the two offices. • Organising, proofreading and editing feasibility studies for future projects, compiling all sections from respective departments into a cohesive report, which was used in the company's investment campaign.
