I feel lucky I was able to recruit Susanna to join the fast-growing CS team at TravelPerk. And I say lucky because she's the kind of professional that will always be able to choose what project she wants to put her heart and brain on. And the kind you'd love to have in your team/company if you are looking for high-performers that are restless team builders. She is not only an incredible manager people respect, trust and admire but also the kind of professional that constantly raises the bar no matter what she is in, and does so with a contagious smile upon the face. Susanna is a stellar manager and fantastic colleague. And there aren't enough positive words in the dictionary to describe her. She has repeatedly developed innovations in how to deliver and scale excellent customer service, by utilizing technologies and processes in new ways. She has put in place automated monitoring and instrumentation throughout the customer experience, in order to understand and respond right away when our customers are succeeding or running into challenges. Susanna focus on customer service has resulted in 100% of happy Support and Success teams and 98% of customers happy with Redbooth support. She was always focused on what would make us a strong team and always had a gentle ear. Always took the team seriously and went out of her way to make us feel respected and valued!
